KEGG DISEASE

KEGG DISEASE是京都基因和基因组百科全书(KEGG)中的一个数据库，将疾病视为分子网络系统的扰动状态。该数据库包含3,076个人类疾病条目(H编号)，每个条目包含人类疾病基因和/或病原体列表，并记录了分子网络如何被这些扰动因子影响。数据库包含单基因疾病、多因素疾病和传染性疾病等多种类型，并与KEGG PATHWAY和KEGG NETWORK数据库相互关联。KEGG DISEASE is a database within the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), which conceptualizes diseases as perturbed states of molecular network systems. This database contains 3,076 human disease entries labeled with H numbers, each of which includes lists of human disease-related genes and/or pathogens, and documents how molecular networks are influenced by these perturbation factors. The database covers diverse disease categories including monogenic diseases, multifactorial diseases and infectious diseases, and is cross-referenced with the KEGG PATHWAY and KEGG NETWORK databases.
