Vigna unguiculata subsp. sesquipedalis Targeted Locus (Loci)

This study is to creat a high density genetic map for asparagus bean (Vigna unguiculata subsp. sesquipedalis). An F2 population derived from a cross between Dubai bean and Ningjiang 3, as well as the two parents, were used as mapping population. A next generation sequencing (NGS) based method called specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing (SLAF) were employed to generate data that can be used to construct the linkage map.
