Effect of miR-125b and its isomiRs on gene expression subjected to hypoxic challenge

To investigate the gene expresiion regulated by miR-125b and its isomiRs. We transfected H9C2 cells with respective mimics and performed gene expression profiling anlaysis using data from RNA-seq of mimic controls, miR-125b and its isomiRs mimics subjected to normoxia and hypoxia treatment. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for H9C2 cells subjected mimic control, miR-125b and its isomiRs mimic tranfection.
