Carbonaceous Chondrite WIS91600: Pre-processed 3D FIB-SEM Images and Annotations for Microstructure Segmentation

This dataset contains pre-processed focused ion beam-scanning electron microscopy (FIB-SEM) images and corresponding pixel-wise labels of the CM-like carbonaceous chondrite meteorite WIS91600. The imaged volume comprises 1,000 slices with a voxel resolution of 10 nm × 10 nm × 20 nm. Annotations cover three microstructural features: Framboids, Plaquettes and Cauliflowers. The data were used to benchmark a few-shot learning workflow for semantic segmentation in 3D tomographic imaging of natural materials.
