Greiser et al (2021) Bryophyte and lichen transplant experiment. Journal of Ecology

Supporting information to the paper "Warm range margin of boreal bryophytes and lichens not directly limited by temperature" which uses data from a 3-years transplant experiment of 3 northern cryptogam species at their southern range margin in the Swedish boreal forest. Provided are the data for each single model that was run for the analyses. Every dataframe contains the focal response variable (growth, vitality or recolonization) and the respective predictor variables (e.g. microclimate, soil moisture etc). A readme.txt file explains the variable names and abbreviations.
