Multidimensional Teacher Victimization Scale – Korean version (MTVS-K): Measure and user guide

The Multidimensional Teacher Victimization Scale (MTVS) is a self-report instrument designed to assess the frequency with which teachers experience various forms of victimization perpetrated by students. The present Korean version (MTVS-K) was developed through translation, cultural adaptation, item refinement, and psychometric validation. Although the original MTVS consists of 24 items (Yang et al., 2019), this version was initially based on a revised 20-item version provided by the original author and subsequently expanded to 24 items. Items 1–18 and 23–24 were translated and culturally adapted from the original English version, whereas Items 19–22 were newly developed to better reflect the sociocultural context of Korean schools. unknown unknown
