Colorectal cancer cells respond differentially to autophagy inhibition in vivo

inhibition of autophagy in vivo had a substantial cell line-dependent impact on tumor growth of different CRC derived cell lines. RNA sequencing of WT and RAB21 KD tumors in a CAM model was used to determine the gene expression profile associated with these differential responses. Overall design: 3 tumors per condition were pooled prior to RNA extraction. 2 different CRC cell lines were analysed. Gene expression profile of WT and RAB21 KD were compared for each cell lines.
