Instances for the Hampered Travelling Salesman Problem with Neighbourhoods

This repository contains the instances used for studying the Hampered Travelling Salesman Problem with Neighborhoods (TSPN). The instances are saved in .csv format. For each folder, a README.txt is included to load the instances to include to the model.
