Replicación de datos para: 1266-Seroepidemiology and risk factors associated with Leptospira and Chlamydia abortus in goat herds in Guanajuato, Mexico

This dataset is derived from a cross-sectional epidemiological study to determine seropositivity for chlamydiosis and leptospirosis, as well as to identify risk factors associated with their transmission in goat herds in the municipality of Juventino Rosas, Guanajuato. A total of 741 samples were collected from 32 herdsfrom the communities of San Juan de la Cruz, Emiliano Zapata, Cerrito de Gasca, Naranjillo, La Purísima, San José de los Manantiales, and the periphery of the municipal seat. Steps to reproduce the data analysis and statistical procedures are described in the article "Seroepidemiology and risk factors associated with Leptospira and Chlamydia abortus in goat herds in Guanajuato, Mexico". To reproduce this research follow the steps performed in the method section.
