We performed a transcriptome time-course analysis of genetically tagged 10-22 cells through the progression from PanINs to PDAC in mice. The results were validated using the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) PDAC dataset, human clinical PanIN/PDAC tissues, and well-established murine PDAC model. Each 10-22 cell tagged with KiR-EG was subcutaneously transplanted into 4-6 weeks old female NOD-SCID-IL2Rgc null (NSG) mice and harvested 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months. 10-22 KIR-EG clone 6 that was cultured in pluripotent ES culture condition were harvested as day 0 control.
