椭球聚焦镜是一种反射面为椭球的单毛细管,是纳米全场成像的核心部件。椭球镜具有传输效率高,像差小,能提供TXM所需的均匀照明视场等特点,TXM装置大多都采用它作为聚焦元件。上海光源纳米三维成像线站采用弯铁光源,为提高成像效率,椭球聚焦镜是TXM装置聚焦的最佳选择。但是市面上椭球镜价格昂贵,而搭建成像系统需要多种不同参数的椭球镜,如果项目中仅靠购买椭球镜,此项费用支出将非常大。为解决这一问题,上海光源X射线成像组,与北师大孙天希教授联合研制单毛细管椭球聚焦镜,为自行设计、集成衍射成像测试系统奠定了基础。

Ellipsoidal focusing mirrors, a type of single capillary with an ellipsoidal reflecting surface, are core components for nano full-field imaging. Ellipsoidal mirrors feature high transmission efficiency, minimal aberrations, and the ability to provide the uniform illumination field required for TXM, so most TXM devices adopt them as focusing elements. The nano 3D imaging beamline at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) uses a bending magnet source, and to improve imaging efficiency, the ellipsoidal focusing mirror is the optimal choice for TXM device focusing. However, commercially available ellipsoidal mirrors are expensive, and building an imaging system requires ellipsoidal mirrors with various different parameters. If a project solely relies on purchasing such mirrors, the associated expenditure will be extremely high. To address this issue, the X-ray imaging team at SSRF jointly developed single-capillary ellipsoidal focusing mirrors with Professor Sun Tianxi from Beijing Normal University (BNU), which laid a solid foundation for the self-designed and integrated diffraction imaging test system.
