Copy Number Analysis of Murine Melanomas Generated by Hippo Pathway Inactivation

This study was performed to analyze copy number alterations in murine melanoma tumors generated in mice by inactivating the Hippo Tumor Suppressor Pathway through deletion of Lats1/2 alone or with expression of oncogenic Braf in mouse melanocytes. Included in this analysis were mouse melanomas generated by oncogenic Braf with loss of Pten and whole skin from Cre negative mice. Please see associated publication for further details and methods.
