资源简介:
Methane is one of the important greenhouse gases in agricultural land and has a significant impact on the global warming potential (GWP). Reducing methane emissions from rice farmlands is conducive to achieving the dual carbon goals of farmland, and increasing soil carbon sequestration and promoting methane gas reduction is a way to achieve both economic and ecological benefits from farmlands. In order to understand the relationship between the community structure and diversity of methanogen in rice farmlands and carbon sequestration and emission reduction. We investigate the differences in community structure and diversity of methanogens in rice monoculture, tobacco-rice rotation for 10-20 years, tobacco-rice rotation for 20-40 years, and tobacco-rice rotation for more than 40 years farmlands.
