资源简介:
High-altitude environments pose challenges to human performance by slowing movement and increasing susceptibility to fatigue. These effects, driven in part by oxidative damage, reduce work efficiency and endurance in such conditions. Identifying effective strategies to mitigate fatigue and enhance performance in high-altitude settings is of great value. This study explored the potential of Lactobacillus reuteri (LR) supplementation in improving exercise endurance in mice subjected to simulated high-altitude conditions.
