资源简介:
Landrace x Yorkshire sows were selected to investigate the synergistic effects of high fiber diet and 0.05% NCG on reproductive performance through transcriptomic analysis of ileum and colon samples. Overall design: The sows were randomly assigned to four dietary treatment groups (n = 100 per group) as follows: low-fiber group (LF; 3.73% crude fiber); low-fiber + NCG group (L+N; 3.73% crude fiber + 0.05% NCG); high-fiber group (HF; 7.46% crude fiber); high-fiber + NCG group (H+N; 7.46% crude fiber + 0.05% NCG). The experimental was initiated on the day of breeding and continued throughout the entire gestation period of 114 days.
