Swimming signficantly attenuates tumor growth of CT-26 cells in vivo, and up-regulated 715 transcripts expression, while down-regulated 629 transcripts, comparing to Control group. Overall design: The CT-26 cells were injected into right flank area of mice and were divided into Control and Swimming groups. The mice in Swimming group were subjected to physical training for swimming in water for total 3 weeks. RNA sequencing was performed to detect the differentially expressed genes on tumor tissues of CT-26 cells with or without swimming.
