RNA-seq for radish sprouts

Radish sprouts, a novel microgreen vegetable, are distinguished by their high nutritional value, diverse color phenotypes, and distinct flavor profiles. To elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying these quality traits, we performed integrated transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses. The results provided comprehensive insights into the genetic and metabolic bases of radish sprout coloration and taste formation.
