This collection contains prostate’s CNN-based automatic zonal segmentation for 98 cases randomly selected from the SPIE-AAPM-NCI PROSTATEx Challenges (PROSTATEx). The four-class segmentation encompasses the peripheral zone, transition zone, fibromuscular stroma and the distal prostatic urethra.
