Dataset associated with "Antagonistic circuits mediating Infanticide and Maternal Care in Females"

Raw data for each figure and extended data figures. Also included in each folder is the histology and Matlab code for regenerating the figure. The behavior annotation is achieved using behaviorAnnotator, originally developed by Piotr Dollar (https://github.com/pdollar/toolbox). The slightly modified code are also deposited here.
