UK Biobank paired GWAS summary statistics

This dataset contains aggregate GWAS summary statistics for benchmarking methods that use paired GWAS summary-statistic datasets. Two split-sample designs are included: UKBB_Two0Overlap, using non-overlapping split samples, and UKBB_Two50overlap, using split samples with 50% sample overlap. The files are intended as reusable benchmarking data and are not presented as a novel GWAS discovery release. No individual-level genotype data, phenotype data, participant identifiers, or pseudonymised participant records are included. Each archive contains 66 gzip-compressed summary-statistic files: 33 traits by two split samples, labelled A and B. The files use COJO-style core columns: SNP, A1, A2, freq, b, se, p, and N.
