Gene expression profiling of cerebellums in the central nervous system-specific Derlin-2 deficient mice

To search gene expression change of cerebellum in the central nervous system-specific Derlin-2 mice, we performed genome-wide DNA microarray analysis and compared the expression levels between Derlin-2_control and Derlin-2_KO. Mice were sacrificed at postnatal day 28 by cervical dislocation and cerebellum was dissected for DNA microarray analysis.
