PathoEye: a deep learning framework for histopathological image analysis of skin tissue

We provide an independent test set to facilitate model evaluation. This test set contains two groups of skin pathology images:Elderly group: one histopathological image extracted from the epidermal region of an elderly individual under sun-exposed conditions.Young group: one histopathological image extracted from the epidermal region of a young individual under the same conditions. In addition, we have uploaded the pretrained model weights to enable direct inference and further experimental validation.
