Data for: Diversity analysis of Plio-Pleistocene large mammal communities in the Omo-Turkana Basin, eastern Africa

Included are 1) three csv files, each of which is a species by member matrix with abundance data for either the Shungura, Koobi Fora, or Nachukui Formation, 2) another csv file with the geological ages of the members in each formation (for plotting purposes), 3) a Word document with the full bibliography for references cited in the member ages dataset, and 4) complete R code for running the analyses and making the figures in the manuscript.
