This project aims to contribute to improving the knowledge of geothermal energy in Spain, a topic of great relevance in the context of energy transition. Geothermal resource exploitation projects require high initial investment, mainly due to drilling costs, which increase considerably with depth. The correct location and evaluation of the distribution of temperatures at depth and their anomalies is a key aspect to minimize risks.
