"This article examines the history of testing of hydroacoustic communication and noise direction-finding equipment in the Black Sea Fleet from 1905 to 1941, hydroacoustic underwater surveillance equipment from 1929 to 1956, and hydroacoustic coun-termeasure and suppression equipment from 1924 to 1968. The research results are pre-sented in a compendium format, summarized in tables, and illustrated with infographics.
