火眼消防技术有限公司成立于2022年，是应急管理部天津消防研究所、国家消防工程技术研究中心联合授权的火眼视频图像早期火灾报警系统唯一许可实施单位，负责火眼系统的选代升级、软件开发、市场合作等整体运营工作。 火眼视频图像早期火灾报警系统（简称“火眼系统”）可以适用于社会上普遍应用的各种视频监控系统，运用光电成像识别技术、计算机深度学习技术和AI智能视频图像分析技术，通过与常见燃烧物基础图像数据库的各种早期火灾特征进行比对分析，能够实时探测视频监控区域内产生的火焰和烟雾，实现秒级弹窗报警并发出声光报警信号。火眼系统的报警信号可通过TCP/IP协议进行数据传输，适用于各种智能化管理平台。

It is the only licensed implementation entity jointly authorized by the Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Management and the National Fire Engineering Technology Research Center for the Fire Eye Video Image Early Fire Alarm System, and is responsible for the overall operations of the Fire Eye system, including its iterative upgrades, software development, market cooperation and other related work. The Fire Eye Video Image Early Fire Alarm System (hereinafter referred to as the "Fire Eye System") is compatible with a wide range of video surveillance systems commonly used in social scenarios. It adopts photoelectric imaging recognition technology, computer deep learning technology and AI intelligent video image analysis technology. By comparing and analyzing various early fire features in the basic image database of common combustibles, it can detect flames and smoke within the video surveillance area in real time, and trigger second-level pop-up alarms while sending out audible and visual alarm signals. The alarm signals of the Fire Eye System can be transmitted via the TCP/IP protocol, and are suitable for various intelligent management platforms.
