Deoxynivalenol is a common mycotoxin in food and feed. When ingested, it can cause damage to animals and can enter the human body through the food chain, causing harm to humans. DON is mainly absorbed and metabolized in the intestinal tract, and has significant damage to the intestinal tract. Gut microbes, as important components of the gut, have been proved to play an important role in a variety of diseases. The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of DON on intestinal flora of its target animal pigs, and to explore the possible toxic effects.
