This dataset includes Construction Permits for construction engineering projects in Maoming City from 2020 up to the present. Pursuant to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Construction, for all types of construction activities including the construction, decoration of house buildings and their auxiliary facilities, the installation of supporting lines, pipelines and equipment, as well as the construction of urban municipal infrastructure projects within the territory of China, the construction unit shall apply to the competent construction administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level at the location of the project for a Construction Permit prior to the commencement of the project.
