In priority areas, spatially significant uses are excluded, insofar as they are not associated with the priority use (here: Flood protection is acceptable. The 2013 LEP no longer mandates regional planning to define priority areas for flood protection. Since 1 September 2013, no priority area for flood protection has been redefined.
