循环水泵试验台导轴承全寿期数据集

循泵试验台主要包括电机、行星齿轮箱、导轴承、叶轮等部件。其中，电机与齿轮箱的输入方式采用齿式联轴器，齿轮箱与循环水泵之间采用刚性直联方式；运动与动力由主电机传至齿式联轴器，然后经一级行星传动，将运动和动力传输至输出轴连接法兰，驱动循环水泵工作，泵导轴承为可倾瓦轴承，泵叶轮为离心式叶轮。试验台数据采集系统包括振动加速度传感器（PCB 352C33）、声压传感器（SKC-MNP21）、轴位移传感器（米铱DT3005）、温度传感器（PT 100）及数据采集仪（亿恒-8018）等。本数据集包含循环水泵导轴承全寿期数据。数据量467MB。

The circulating water pump test bench mainly comprises components including electric motors, planetary gearboxes, guide bearings, impellers, and others. Specifically, the motor and the gearbox are connected via a tooth coupling for power input, while the gearbox and the circulating water pump adopt a rigid direct connection mode. Motion and power are transferred from the main motor to the tooth coupling, then routed through the single-stage planetary transmission to the output shaft connecting flange, which drives the circulating water pump to operate. The pump's guide bearings are tilting pad bearings, and the pump impeller is a centrifugal impeller. The data acquisition system of the test bench includes vibration acceleration sensors (model PCB 352C33), sound pressure sensors (model SKC-MNP21), shaft displacement sensors (model Micro-Epsilon DT3005), temperature sensors (PT 100), and data acquisition instruments (model Yiheng-8018), among others. This dataset contains full-lifecycle data of the circulating water pump guide bearings, with a total data volume of 467 MB.
