Area of reciprocity of installations classified for the protection of the agricultural environment in the high pyrenees

Area of reciprocity around ICPEs instructed by the DDCSPP subject to Authorisation, Declaration or Registration, aimed at preserving homes as well as housing areas of urban planning documents. A classified facility for environmental protection is a fixed installation whose operation poses risks to the environment. ICPEs can be classified as agricultural or industrial and may generate variable reciprocity zones depending on the heading and the elements structuring the installation. Examples: factories, livestock buildings, warehouses, quarries, etc. These reciprocity zones concern only agricultural ICPEs instructed by the DDCSPP, subject to authorisation, declaration or registration, for which the digitisation is intended to be a compliant postponement of the authorisation or registration file, filed with the Prefecture and the DDCSPP.
