Source tables and plotting script for manuscript Yates et al. (2026), 'Control of plant organ growth through cell division orientation in inner tissues'

Source tables used to plot graphs found in the manuscript Yates et al. (2026), 'Control of plant organ growth through cell division orientation in inner tissues' and Python script used to plot the graphs. Table S6 in the manuscript lists the figures corresponding to each data table. The script to produce the graphs needs to be run from an integrated development environment (IDE) (e.g. Spyder) after editing the source_path parameter on the script to match the path to the downloaded tables.
