Purpose: Gene expression profiling of long term hematopoietic stem cells (LT-HSCs) transduced with Kat6b shRNA and Non-Targeting Control (NTC) LT-HSCs were transduced with viral supernatant containing shRNA against Kat6b and Non-Targeting Control (NTC) in triplicates. Transduced cells were sorted in RLT buffer after 2 days in culture and send for sequencing
