Supplementary Data - Genomic Landscape Reveals the Dominance of Self-catalytic, High-copy Group II Introns in PMU-Deficient Complete Genomes of PWB Phytoplasmas

This repository contains all the BAKTA annotated genomes of 'Candidatus Phytoplasama', local BlastP result and the curated Group II intron dataset. It also contains a Jupyter notebook for the filtering steps and a tab separated file (.ods) that has the BAKTA annotation ids mapped to the GenBank Accessions.
