Data for: Food Web Structure and Robustness of Fish Assemblages in the Uberabinha River, Upper Paraná Basin

This dataset supports the study of the topological structure and robustness of the ichthyofauna food web of the Uberabinha River, Upper Paraná Basin, Brazil. The food web was constructed as a binary directed adjacency matrix based on diet data compiled from the FishBase database and peer-reviewed literature on Neotropical fishes. The network comprises 36 fish species recorded by Sampaio et al. (2012) and seven basal resource categories (Detritus, Allochthonous Plant Material, Terrestrial Insects, Aquatic Insects, Zooplankton, Phytoplankton, and Macrophytes), totaling 43 nodes and 211 trophic interactions. Table S1 provides the list of fish species with their fractional trophic levels and predominant feeding guilds as estimated from network topology. Table S2 provides the complete binary adjacency matrix (43×43) used in all topological and robustness analyses reported in the article. (2026-04-23)
