The dataset named FERG is a collection of cartoon-style character images featuring 7 basic facial expressions, with approximately 50,000 images in total. For each of the 7 expression categories, 1,200 face images are randomly selected for training and testing. It is developed for the task of facial expression recognition on cartoon-style images.
