Comparative genomics analysis of Acinetobacter baumannii Multidrug resistant strains and drug sensitive strains

The incidence of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii has posed a major challenge for clinical treatment. There is still a significant gap in understanding the mechanism causing multi-drug resistance. It is urgent to reveal the mechanism of drug resistance. By whole genome sequencing, we can get large amount of higher resolution data in a short time, and thus be able to study the genomic structural variation, virulence genes, drug resistance genes of bacteria deeply.
