Integer 12 OTP On-time performance measure OTP = (CompletedOnTime + TotalNoShows) / (CompletedTrips+ TotalMissedTrips + TotalNoShows) Percent 95.61% Important: Due to the nature of paratransit and the need to go through an application process, we equate one trip with one registered passenger. That registered passenger may bring other people with them on the trip, which will increase the total number of people transported, but we still count that as one completed trip/one registered passenger trip. MassDOT/MBTA shall not be held liable for any errors in this data.
