To explore the effect of magnetic mechanical forces mediated by magnetic nanoparticles on the repair phenotype of Schwann cells in a gradient magnetic field environment, we co-cultured magnetic nanoparticles with RSC96 cells. The magnetic nanoparticles were taken up by the cells, magnetizing the RSC96 cells, and the magnetized cells were exposed to a gradient magnetic field environment and subjected to magnetic force stimulation. Normal cultured control group cells and experimental group cells that received magnetic force stimulation were collected for mRNA transcriptome sequencing to observe the effect of magnetic nanoparticle-mediated magnetic force stimulation on the gene expression profile of Schwann cells.
