This dataset contains protein microarray measurements of antigen reactivity for recombinant monoclonal antibodies (rmAbs) from chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), with emphasis on stereotyped subset 1. Arrays probe reactivity against a curated panel of autoantigens; binding is detected with Cy3-conjugated anti-human IgG and acquired on a GenePix scanner. The processed matrix (normalized intensities) underlies Figure 5 (heat map) and related analyses in the manuscript: Defective cell-autonomous signalling and antigenic polyreactivity of B-cell receptors from chronic lymphocytic leukaemia stereotyped subset 1.
