Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Brain Metastases H&E Stained Microscope Image Dataset

This is a dataset of digital microscope images from a cohort of patient diagnosed of early-stage non-small lung cancer. A section of tumor tissue is stained with H&E dye and imaged under a brightfield microscope. After long-term follow up, the outcome of whether the patient develops brain metastases is known and labeled under this dataset.
