This repository includes the required code and data to recreate the computational simulations and reproduce the results presented in the paper "Global and local nature of cortical slow waves", Alegre-Cortés, J; Mattia, M; Sáez, M; Reig, R. iScience 2025 It includes: - The required code to reproduce the simulations of the computational models and its perturbations. Brian 2 is required to run the simulations. - The code with all the functions necessary for the analysis of in vivo data presented in Fig. 2. - Raw .nex files - .xlsx file with the injection times of the in vivo experiments. - README file
