Due to that pile fermentation is the key process for the quality formation of dark tea, the research on the microbial community succession at various temperature in the pile fermentation of Qingzhuan tea would advance the knowledge about the quality formation mechanism. In the current study, the Illumina NovaSeq sequencing was carried out to analyze the bacterial and fungal community structure in the tea samples collected from the pile fermentation set at various temperatures.
