We collected Ceratitis capitata (medfly) embryos at hour intervals from 0 to 15 hours after egg laying (AEL). We extracted total RNA and DNA from each embryo and spiked the RNA with ERCC. We prepared cDNA libraries which were sequenced on Nanopore Promethion.
