Digitalization for Whom?

This dataset contains the final country-year panel used in the study “Digitalization for Whom? Gendered Digital Inclusion and the Gender Employment Gap in Europe.” It covers 31 European countries over 2004–2024 and includes indicators of gender employment, women’s participation in ICT occupations, broadband access, urban–rural digital inequality, tertiary education, institutional capacity, GDP per capita, and unemployment. The data were compiled from the Europe Sustainable Development Report 2026 online database and the World Development Indicators. The dataset is provided in Excel and Stata formats.
