Genetic Diversification in Wild Turkey Subspecies

The objective of this project is to find nuclear diagnostic SNPs that will determine subspecies designations in wild turkeys. The data within are whole genomes of putatively pure samples obtained from museums that were used to identify potential diagnostic SNPs for future research.
