Evaluation of the Value Network Reference Model in 48 small restaurants in Bogotá (survey results)

This dataset shows the primary data obtained through the application of the Value Network Reference Model (VNRM) [1] survey in 48 small restaurants in Bogotá. This model allows determining the Value Network Level as a measure of business competitiveness in supply chain environments. The VNRM survey consists of 121 questions categorized on a five (5) point Likert scale. From these primary data, a neural network model was defined and trained to predict this indicator directly from the seven (7) most significant predictors. [1] J. A.
