Gosai et al. (2024) Evaluator Container for Genomic API for Model Evaluation (GAME)

Nature 634, 1211–1220 (2024). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-024-08070-z gosai_evaluator.sif contains all dependencies and scripts required for the Evaluator container to read in the raw MPRA data, parse into the correct API format, and connect with any Predictor container via TCP sockets. test_gosai_predictor.sif contains all dependencies and scripts required for a test Predictor container that can be used with the Gosai Evaluator container.
