Dataset for "Inferring simple but precise quantitative models of human oocyte and early embryo development"

Anonymized clinical IVF data for treatments at the Brigham Women's hospital. <br><br>There are 4 data files. Two of the files (cycle-*-data-cleaned.csv) describe just cycles, with one row corresponding to a unique cycle (not a unique patient). The other two files (merged-*-data-cleaned.csv) describe oocyes, with one row corresponding to a unique oocyte. For convenience, the cycle-level data is included at each oocyte.<br><br>Both datasets are split 70-30 into train and test sets, with the same split for both oocytes and cycles (i.e. if a cycle is in the test set, all its oocytes are in the test set).<br><br>Details of what the variables mean are described in the four "codebook" files.<br>
