Data underlying the paper: "Dynamic topological domain walls driven by lithium intercalation in graphene" (Y. Endo et al, 2023).Experimental data was obtained using the Low Energy Electron Microscope at Chongqing University.The LEEM data in this dataset is processed data, i.e. detector corrected, drift corrected and/or stitched together into an overview. The raw sensor data is available from the corresponding authors upon reasonable request.Simulation data is preformed by DFT and MD simulations in National Computational Infrastructure(NCI) and Pawsey supercomputing platform supported by Australian government.Li ion intercalation in G/B/SiC superstructure with different stackings (AA, AB and BA) is obtained by DFT calculations.Strip and triangle patterns and corresponding Li ion intercalation growth are obtained by MD simulation.
